[Texto disponível apenas em inglês] Chris Blakey is an English musician, composer, producer and sound engineer. He began playing the piano at the age of seven before moving on to guitar and forming the instrumental slacker rock band Cousin in Brighton, UK.

After working in several recording studios, he collaborated with Richard Fearless of Death in Vegas, who brought him on board for the band's 2016 album Transmission as a synthesizer player, recording and mixing engineer. Following the album's release, he joined the band's live lineup, performing on synthesizers and drum machines during tours around the world.

During this period, Chris began collaborating with Nick Cave and Warren Ellis, initially contributing to Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds' album Skeleton Tree and several film score recording sessions, before co-producing the soundtrack for the feature film Wind River with them.

Chris also pursues his own compositional work and has released electronic music, including Amplified W
