Stratus consist of objects that will be located, suspended in space - always according to the possibilities provided by space, that means, in case the objects can be connected differently - site specific. The final installation may always look different - I prefer the term - "open interpretation". So far 9 objects - Clouds. A video projection will be launched on the suspended objects. Various animations of texture, flow, organic forms will be mapped - illuminated by a data projector on objects. Animations are generative using TouchDesigner and FragmentFlow, which means that not a single frame is repeated, we always see a unique sequence that takes place at a certain time. The objects are like reliefs, painted surface of pure foam on a wooden base. In my work, I am trying to combine painting with animation or video mapping. Sound is a significant part of the installation. Patrik Bittera producer, has created the sound design. Stratus is an endless journey to the most basic source of the enchanting harmony of nature, a world that transcends the abilities of the human senses. The goal is to provoke synesthesia, to enchant the audience. Unfortunately the installation is not interactive yet.
