Sobre
[Texto disponível apenas em inglês] POLAROID SOUNDTRACK is the latest audiovisual concert by Mi- crofeel. A multimedia narration about the global metropolis, with several audiovisual resources ranging from the skyline of a monumental architecture, the abstraction of interfaces like Google Maps or animated pointcloud data extracted from the city by 3D scanners. These different resources are shaping the script that takes us into a night drive within the city bounda- ries. The skyscrapers are confused with cityzens, neon is light and darkness, the sound is a metro track.
The multimedia performance is the result of a deep mix between electronic music and visuals conceived together, allowing considerable feedback between audio and video in real time. The project is also presented in the format of a multimedia installation. The piece was premiered in January 2013 at the International Festival of Electronic Music Glocal in Valparaíso, Santiago de Chile. (Duration: 50-60 minutes).
